early noise inconsistent hot water
My 'vanilla double room' was close to the kitchen so i heard staff early each morning. the noise started around 7 am and made it hard to sleep in. It woke me up every day. also, the shower lacked consistent hot water, and the temperature fluctuated a lot.

A good riad experience!
helpful staff convenient location friendly welcome
They arranged someone to meet me from the taxi and guided me in person to the location, providing helpful maps and local insights for my visit. The staff were super friendly, they welcomed me with food when i arrived early and took care of my luggage while i wandered. The location is convenient to the main square.
The shower gel and toilet paper refills required a request a few times.

Breakfast is served in the courtyard and it was tasty and well-presented, a REALLY generous offering that changed slightly each day. Dinner on arrival was also a fab option. It was a reasonably priced three-course meal. I enjoyed every bite!

The riad staff was AMAZING, the manager, Oumaima, was super helpful. The team, providing advice and help whenever needed. I appreciated their hard work and politeness.

The pool and courtyard are cozy and well maintained, offering a quiet sanctuary from the medina's busyness. I loved the big roof terrace IT was so calm and perfect to relax after a long day exploring. This created a private oasis.

noise levels insufficient cleaning
The room lacked proper sound insulation. I heard every conversation in the courtyard and hallway. The noise started early each morning, so sleeping past 7:00 AM was impossible. The staff should enforce stricter quiet hours. I noticed dust accumulation in corners of the room. It needed more thorough cleaning. These oversights diminished an otherwise satisfactory stay.
